Does anyone played ctf's and vulnerable lab's in this plateform 'https://www.root-me.org/?lang=en' i am new here and there is no VPN so how can i get shell's from VM'S can anyone explain ?

I am a root-me player like you. 
You don't need any VPN, just open one or more ports on your router to communicate with the CTFs.


Personally, I prefer to use a controlled environment for fun. Dedicated VM (Bridge Mode) and several open ports on my router to play on RM Pro.
