I'm coming back to this db. I think it's crap: the phone numbers don't have the right format or don't correspond to the region of the city. Here are a few examples:

For example, the 2275 area code is associated with Wipperfürth, a town north-east of Cologne, while Duisburg mainly uses area codes beginning with 0203, corresponding to the North Rhine-Westphalia region. And there are no mobile numbers, only landline numbers. In 2024?
Am I wrong? I'm not very familiar with Germany.

Also, user-agents make no sense if the leak dates back to 2024:

Too much Linux, only very old versions, nop, it stinks of fake. I almost got fooled because I thought the db was so rotten it couldn't have been fabricated, but it seems it was.
